DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $150
within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is available
for an additional fee. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on
orders over $150 to Hawai’i, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please note that
we cannot ship to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.

GROUND – FREE ON ALL U.S. ORDERS OVER $150. $10 SHIPPING
AND HANDLING FEE ON ORDERS BELOW $150.

OVERNIGHT – $40 USD

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer flat-rate international shipping – all orders should arrive to their
destinations within 5-7 business days. Eligible returns will be accepted
at the customer’s shipping expense. Upon arrival to the destination
country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES
AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS
DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for
customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot
predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit
delays. For more information ahead of purchase please contact
customer care.

INTERNATIONAL RATES

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL – $49 USD
All items take about 24 – 48hrs to process before shipping, excluding
weekends.
Orders placed Monday – Friday after 11AM EST will begin processing
the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST or over the weekend will begin
processing on the following Monday.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card
verification. 2ElevenHandbags.com will contact you via email if there
are any issues with your order.
2ElevenHandbags.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday,
Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are
observed:

  • New Years Eve
  • New Years Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • July 5th – the day after Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Black Friday – the day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day

All orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track
your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond
that supplied by the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee
precise delivery dates.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at
info@2ElevenHandbags.com as soon as possible. We can change the
address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately,
we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. We do not currently
offer Saturday shipping.

Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

At the present time, 2ElevenHandbags.com is not able to offer shipping
to PO BOXES, APOS and FPOS.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. Goods are not
guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to
delays and cancellations during production.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Should you want to change your order for any reason, we are happy to
request a cancellation so a new purchase can be made. Address
amendments may only be completed prior to your order shipping.
Please note once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change
or cancel your shipment with the courier.

We are unable to accommodate any adjustments or cancellations to
Final Sale items once processed, including customized goods and sale
merchandise.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs
and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review
your order prior to shipment.

RETURNS

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase
receipt can be returned for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Any
item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned/exchanged. Items must
be returned to us in original condition. Make sure all items are exactly
how you received them. Items can show no signs of wear. Items sent in
dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of
the product.

Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return
any item(s). Once our quality control team has approved the returned
stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of
payment used. Exchange orders will ship within 72 hours of the original
item being received back.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@
2ElevenHandbags.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
We do not offer price adjustments.

FINAL SALE

Black Friday: If an item is bought on sale (including our Black Friday
promotion), it is considered a final sale and non-returnable for
exchange.

Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final sale and are nonrefundable.

DISCOUNT CODES

Our website honors one discount at a time. If you already have a
discount code applied to your order, you won’t have the option of adding
an additional one. Once you remove it, the discount bar will reappear.
Discount codes cannot be applied onto sale pricing, including our Black
Friday or Gift with Purchase promotions.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE PROMOTION

In order to receive the complimentary gift, the recipient must add it to
their cart and it will be automatically discounted 100%. If the gift is not in
the order confirmation, the promotion will not be valid. Please note that
while we will try our best to accommodate the color you have selected
for the gift, 2ElevenHandbags.com has the right to substitute your
selection for the same product in a different color at our discretion. All
complimentary gifts are non exchangeable and non refundable.
If you are returning/exchanging an order that includes a complimentary
item, the gift is required to be sent back with the entire order. If it is not
included in the returned order, the retail price of the complimentary item
will be deducted from the total amount credited for exchange.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Please note all our prices are in USD, and you will be charged in USD.
Once your order has been placed, please allow for 2-3 business days
for your order to be processed by our fulfillment team.
If your order includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will
ship together once all items are available to ship.

RETURN PROCESS & ADDRESS

  1. Email info@2ElevenHandbags.com for prior authorization for return.
  2. Please pack the product(s) in their original linen dust bag and/or gift
    box, and ship the package back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Ship package back to our warehouse location.
  4. Once the return has been shipped out, please email
    info@2ElevenHandbags.com with an update to provide us with your full
    name, order number, email address, shipping carrier and tracking
    number.
  5. Track the package to ensure that there are no delays or delivery
    failures.
  6. Please continue to check the tracking information and keep an eye
    out for any delays/delivery failures and/or customs issues.2Eleven
    Handbags can only refund packages that are successfully delivered
    back to our warehouse. Failed deliveries that are caused due to
    outstanding duties, taxes and fees cannot be refunded.
  7. Once the returned parcel has been received and your tracking
    information is updated to “Delivered”, please allow for 5-7 business
    days for the returned parcel to be processed at our warehouse. Once
    the return has been processed, our team will reach out for the credit or
    exchange.
  8. If we are processing a refund, please allow for approximately 5-7
    business days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement.

CUSTOMS & DELIVERY

USA: All customs, duties and taxes are included in your shipping cost.

International: There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your
country based on where you live. If you require more information on
what duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, please contact your
local customs office. If a customer refuses to pay for the legal duties
and taxes due on a 2ElevenHandbags.com shipment,
2ElevenHandbags.com is not responsible for the potential
repercussions with the postal service.

Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in
the hands of the postal service. If you experience any problems during
transit, please contact the shipper immediately.

If the package is not delivered to the customer, due to the provision of
an incorrect address upon checkout, 2ElevenHandbags.com will not be
held responsible and will not be able to offer the customer a refund or
exchange. If a package is lost in transit, 2ElevenHandbags.com is
unable to exchange or refund the customer for the purchase, however
our Customer Services Representative will assist the customer in
tracking the package.

may happen during transit.
